InStride
The design team conducts continuous research to keep the organization close to the leaders who invest in education for their workforce. It reveals the pressures they carry, the outcomes their businesses need, and the opportunities education can unlock.
Ongoing qualitative and quantitative prospect and client researchWe create testimonial videos, case studies, tailored event experiences, and sales enablement assets. We also help lead design sprints that bring buying groups together to see their workforce strategy reflected in a tailored education solution and move forward with confidence.
Tailored campaigns, videos, events, sales enablement assets, design sprintsLate in the competitive sales process, the design team turns a buying group’s vision into something they can see, touch, and react to: prototypes, storyboards, service blueprints, and design sprint synthesis. Together, these make it clear how critical roles can be filled, how education can support the business strategy, and how the experience can work in practice.

After we partner with a client, we begin giving each employee clear, personalized ways to connect a career goal with education that can help them move up and earn more. In-demand pathways, transparent information, human advisors, and AI support help each person choose what is right for them.
Product design, human and AI supportClients, academic partners, managers, advisors, and the InStride platform surround the learner. Service design brings every part together around the person and helps them achieve their goal.
Product design, service design, content design, researchAdministrators need to know how the education program is performing. Help small businesses own the relationship with their customers
The answer was not a better shipping label. Small-business owners wanted to get out from under the thumb of marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart and directly own their relationships with customers. Shipping was one part of a larger need for control over customer promises, data, workflows, and reputation. Nine platform design principles gave FedEx a shared direction for modernizing FedEx Ship Manager®.

Our work helped Audi evaluate and acquire Silvercar, then shape it into Audi on demand

We traveled across the United States, speaking with Audi owners and dealerships about what made the brand experience feel distinctly Audi and how trust might evolve with autonomous driving. Silvercar customers loved driving and loved to travel. We redesigned the journey from reservation through return to deliver the confidence, control, and premium experience they expected from Audi.
